- WhatsApp Communications: Text messages, voice messages, and photos you send
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through Stripe

- Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance

3. AI Processing Disclosure
We use Google Gemini AI to process your inputs. Your content is NOT used to train Google's AI models.

5. Data Sale Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers in U.S. data centers with encryption in transit and at rest. See our Security Overview for details.
7. Data Retention
- Project data retained for subscription duration plus 30 days
- Payment records retained for 7 years per tax law
- Data permanently deleted 30 days after subscription ends
8. Your Privacy Rights

9. International Data Transfers
Your personal information is stored and processed in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Our third-party service providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data, and where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms to ensure adequate protection for international data transfers.
