Cancellation Policy

We believe you should have full control over your subscription. You may cancel your SendStatus subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your SendStatus account
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
Access Through Billing Period End
You retain full access through the end of your current billing period.
No Additional Charges
You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation.
Data Retention
- Data retained for 30 days after subscription ends
- Reactivate within 30 days to restore access
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
Who Can Cancel
Only Company Administrators can cancel the subscription.
Reactivating Your Account
- Within billing period: Resubscribe for uninterrupted access
- Within 30 days: Resubscribe to restore all data
- After 30 days: Create a new account (previous data unavailable)
