We want you to be satisfied with SendStatus. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of your billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new customers:
- Within 30 days: New customers may request a full refund, no questions asked
- After 30 days: Non-refundable, but access continues through the annual term
The 30-day guarantee applies only to first annual subscriptions. Renewals are non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Duplicate Charges: We will refund duplicate charges
- Extended Outage: Prorated refund may be issued at our discretion
- Billing Errors: Incorrect charges will be corrected
